Returns + Exchanges

We take great care to ensure you love every Maysar product. However, if there’s an issue, here’s our simple return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns/exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.

3. Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

We can exchange your product for the same or another item of equal value, subject to stock availability.

6. Damages During Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving it.
